We are a very active cruising yacht club, with approximately 200 members. | Seattle Singles Yacht Club SSYC is a nonprofit organization where single adults enjoy boating and other social activities.SSYC is a place where skippers find crew, and people who want to become crew find boats. All levels are welcome, from experienced boat owners to novice crew eager to learn, and every skill level in-between. Boats owned by our skippers include a variety of sailboats, catamarans and powerboats.
The average age is probably mid 50's. The age range is from 30-70 (Though you'd swear most of us were much younger than that). Some people come straight from work and others come dressed casual. We do have a few dances each year that are dressier. http://www.ssyc.com/ |

| Edmonds Yacht Club Edmonds Yacht Club was founded in 1961 in conjunction with the opening of the Port of Edmonds boat harbor as a focal point for those who wished to enhance their enjoyment of boat ownership with the social camaraderie of fellow boaters. Our membership consists of a wide spectrum of boaters, from families with young children to retired grandparents and a whole bunch in between. We're an Active, Cruising Club that conducts a cruise almost every month.
